Dogs R Us!! A bit of a set back when I broke my arm. The dogs didn't get advertised till just recently.
Audi is growing to be such a love. He has Lucky's silky hair, his ears are still droopy (but cute on him), and when he sits, he looks like a bigger dog with longer legs. An illusion, because he's not that big.
Beemer is such a cutie, with his little mouse-face. Ears are up and his tail is up. Beemer is usually involved with whatever is going on. Little monkey!
Mack, or Macky-Do, as I call him, is the people-lover. He'll come over and try to climb up your leg to sit with you. He is also the barker. He figures that if Della, or Aruba are barking, then, yes, it's time to bark. We'll have to work on that.
All the pups are doing fantastic about going outside to do their duty. Not sure who is trained more, them or me. They go out if I open the door, but don't bark or indicate that they have the need. I think I'll buy a little bell to put on the door, that they can bump with their noses.
They also do pretty well with the potty pads, tho' we have found "prizes" under the couch. Good thing it's not carpeted!!
We have ads in 4 places, farm/garden & pet food stores. We'll see if we have any response from that. If not, we'll do internet ads. This advertising thing is all new business for us.

Puppies
Audi, Beemer and Mack are now 9 weeks old. Hmmm, or is it 10 weeks tomorrow. I guess I should check the calendar. They are the sweetest little boys! Boys will be boys; they rough and tumble most of the time. :-) They had their first shot yesterday and got healthy reports. Audi weighed in the biggest at 2 & 3/4 pounds, the other two were 2 pounds.
These little guys have been enjoying the outdoors, running after the bigger dogs and rustling in the leaves. I caught one (with my camera) with a leaf on his head. Adorable, except it turned out a bit blurry.
Lucky, the momma, will still nurse them occasionally. Audi doesn't show any interest in that
anymore, but the other two will nurse for a short time. They are eating their puppy kibble very well. I do add a bit of water and maybe some moist puppy food to it. Of course, the bigger dogs
think that it smells wonderful too, but they have to wait. "Babies first".
Looking up websites to advertise them now. That's the hard and sad part. Parting with my little tykes. As you can see, I haven't been in any rush with this. Other litters started heading to their new homes at about 8 weeks old. I feel better not to be in a hurry, especially if the pups still do want to nurse.

Need to tuck them in for the night. :-)
